We are currently looking for a Sourcing Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

? execute the sourcing process and supply chain development of components in China, in coordination with global strategy with other business units in Asia and Europe
? direct involvement in price, commercial terms, quality level and delivery logistics negotiations with local and global suppliers
? work to develop and implement total value analysis for local and global sourcing projects
? build supplier supply chain for components in China in accordance with global sourcing strategy
? understand and apply SEM and QDC (Quality / Delivery / Cost) processes and procedures
? secure and improve financial and operational KPI’s and recommend business improvements
? complete and release monthly working reports related to the function and job results
? actively support continuous improvement efforts in within the organisation
? all other areas of professional business development

Key Requirements:

? at least bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related major
? minimum three years' experience in sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing, operations experience and SAP a plus
? strong desire to learn and develop sourcing business skills
? demonstrated commitment and experience in developing best practice, customer focused, process-based organisations
? ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, matrix environment
? strong communication skills in English, additional language skills a plus
? capabilities to build and work with international networks
? analytical and communication skills
? excellent negotiation skills
