职位描述：

1. Work with the corporate team to implement the first 2 operations:

a. Personnel hiring and training, working with the HR team to complete

b. Location and equipment purchase and installation, working with the operations team to put in place (approximately 300sqm each)

c. Processes implementation, working with the operations team to define and put in place

d. Working with the management team on the financial model

2. Oversee the day to day management of the sites once they are in place:

a. Personnel – day to day tasks as well as career path development and reviews

b. Customer relationship – KPI’s and work/result requirements

c. Processes – making sure work is following set processes

d. Financial control

3. Review proposals with the BD team for the next operations

a. Customer KPI’s and other requirements

b. Implementation plan

c. Financial plan

d. Long term processes and management plan

岗位要求：

1. Proven Leader, able to motivate employees

2. Willing to take on challenges and make decisions

3. Ability to work daily with customers, other team members and management

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

5. Travel between Hangzhou, Changshu, Suzhou and Shanghai

6. Quality, engineering and manufacturing operations experience a plus

7. Knowledge of automotive systems and processes a plus
