Report to Sales & Marketing manager of Alimakhek Vertical Access Equipment (Changshu)Co., Ltd.

报告给安利马赫垂直设备（常熟）有限公司销售和市场经理

Responsibility:

- Develop and maintenance the business in your responsible region

- Visit the customer and do the direct selling and following up the achieved contract fulfill

- Develop/Support/Training to the distributor

- Sales strategic plan, budget, forecasting of your responsible region

- Secure payment of achieved selling

- Build and Keep a good relationship with customer

- Visit and develop the relevant design institute and engineering company

- Collect the competitor’s new marketing information and segmental orientation

职责：

- 开发并维持你所负责区域的销售业务

- 拜访客户，直接销售以及负责跟踪合同的执行

- 发展、支持、培训代理商

- 负责区域的销售策略、预算、销售预测

- 确保应收账款回笼

- 建立并保持与客户的良好关系

- 拜访及开发相关设计院以及工程公司

- 收集竞争对手的市场信息以及行业的最新动态

Requirement:

- Age below 35 years( not absolute)

- Bsc in mechanical engineer or other relative major

- Good communication and presentation skill

- 5⁺ years experience in hoist or construction industry, good relationship with construction company is preferable

- Proficiency in computer skill

- Self-initiative, integrity, honesty, team spirit, independently work under the pressure

- Stable work history.

- WOFE working experience in plus

- Fluent written and read in English

要求：

- 35岁以下（不绝对）

- 机械工程或相关专业本科毕业

- 良好的沟通与演讲能力

- 5年以上的提升机或建筑领域工作经验，最好与建筑公司有良好的关系

- 良好的计算机应用能力

- 主动、正直、诚实、团队精神、压力下能独立完成工作

- 稳定的工作史

- 有外企工作经验优先

- 流利的英语读写能力
