职位描述
PURPOSE OF ROLE
1.Key backbone and center of nutrition science knowledge
2.Support, explore and develop nutrition technology into company sales team and the market
3.Leverage nutrition technology to collaborate with sales and marketing for consumer recruitment, pillars development of nutrition technology
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Develop, manage and evaluate Scientific & Communication plans and programs
2.Establish relationships with vet industry leaders, influencers, importers, consumers, and academic institutes
3.Provide professional training and consulting to educate internal vet sales team, and customers on health and nutritional benefits of each product
4.Work closely with sales and marketing teams and perform as channel partnership on the technical communication for nutrition knowledge penetration to market
5.Collaborate with national S&C/marketing team for exchanges the best Scientific & Communication practices and sharing resources for business supports
6.Support educate, technology transfer and knowledge promotion of new nutrition/product to internal sales team and to the market
7.Build S&C representing in Vet industry as back bone in market and alliance with POS and PRO bonding the market structural development
8.Anticipate into vet school/university to build, to develop, to sustain and to transfer company’s nutrition leading knowledge into education curriculum to develop and to extend young veterinaries for company’s technology knowledge into the pet industry and to continuous building long term market with company’s nutrition knowledge
9.Anticipate and support to Vet business strategies and its business result
TIME ORIENTATION
1.Drive and deliver sales results weekly, monthly and annually
2.Ensure administration, policy compliance for region and sales distribution model
3.Execute the strategic plan of company
4.Work closely with GM/SOD to ensure vision is understood and executed with excellence

3.Leverage vet investment plan and activities in A&P with ROI
KEY FUNCTIONAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
1.In-depth knowledge of pet science and nutrition
2.Strong influencing and coaching ability, imparting knowledge in a concise and effective manner
3.Strong logical thinking, deliberate questioning in a comprehensive, thorough manner, able to maintain balance & principle persistence
4.Experience on team management and influencing other departments, to unite & lead the business to achieve targets
5.Strong ability in handling customer relations, superior negotiation ability, can solve questions & challenges encountered from work in a timely manner
6.Strong organizing & coordination ability, able to consolidate company’s information & convert to competitive advantage
7.Effective and strong assertive skills on project management
KEY EXPERIENCES
1.Good connection in the vet industry for over 3- 4 years
2.Adopt to vet culture and its infrastructure experience
3.Excellent influencing and training skills, ability to impart knowledge and inspire others
4.Customer relationship experience, working in close partnership with key stakeholders including customers, distributors, importers, internal functions and suppliers.
5.Experience in a rapidly changing environment, where innovation and creativity in generating ideas for quick response is crucial.
DESIRED EDUCTATION
1.Masters Degree in Vet Science, majoring in Animal Medicine or Nutrition
2.With some year of practical experience as preferable
3.Knowledge in commercial field and with business experience is a plus
4.Sufficient oral English and be able to read and write
