Main Responsibilities:
? To provide administrative support to Division.
? To monitor, report division KPI and fulfil company and division policy.
? To manage division files and public folder.
? To manage engineer working hours and productive hours.
? To settle with project in accordance with Ericsson finance process.
? To support engineer on daily operation process.
? To support different division meeting and reporting
? Department configuration management.
? Division knowledge sharing management.
? Overall division logistics.

Main Activities:
? working report.
? On-boarding guide.
? Collect, summary and report engineer working hours and productive hours.
? Interview arrangement.
? Division meeting support and record.
? Daily operation process support.
? Monitor and report division BSC.
? Drive SOG and KSO program in division.
? Support division head and department managers to manage division administrative work.
? Support and monitor division configuration management

Qualifications and Key Competences:
? University degree or equivalent, undergraduates are welcome.
? Good communicate abilities.
? Good summarizing and reporting abilities.
? Good planning and organization abilities.
? Strong sense of duty and initiatives.
? Good reading and writing english skills.
