-For our Industry Sector, we are looking for Quality Manage for Power Product in Guangzhou or Shenzhen.

What are my responsibilities?
Mission
-The role of the Quality Manager is the active supplier management and evaluation/coordination of fulfillment of Siemens quality requirements. Development projects and the monitoring of serial production are in the focus of the QM. The QM is the interface between Siemens SC PP QM/SQM and supplier QM/SQM.
Tasks / Responisbilities
1.Integrated Management system:
-Knowledge of Siemens management systems (corporate quality + environment);
-Capability of evaluation and status documentation of suppliers management systems.
-In case of deviations between Siemens requirements and suppliers current status:
- capability of evaluation of measures by supplier
2.Quality standards in processes / projects:
-Ensure and monitor that the relevant quality standards / requirements (eg, Quality Gates, quality tools) are satisfied in the processes / projects.
-Power to stop the affected processes / projects in case of non-compliance.
3. Audits, Assessments:
-Planning, controlling and assisting at implementation of agreed management tools such as audits, assessments and management reviews with the objective of reviewing the effectiveness of the management system. To take care on compliance with the "Mandatory Elements".
4. Supplier management:
-Support to ensure supplier management. This includes advising and controlling the application of supplier-specific processes such as selection, daily qualtiy crontol monitoring of components, information, development, integration, monitoring and auditing.
5.Reporting / Communication:
-Development of an adequate information system. Design, preparation and reporting of information on quality-related topics as well as communications internally as well as externally. If necessary. Escalation of quality problems to management.
6.Customer Integration / Customer feedback:
- Analysis of customer returns
- Information of suppliers about customer returns
- If necessary, monitoring of measures
7. Continuous improvement(partly)
-Analysis of systematically occurring errors / defects / problems (early warning system).
-Development of concepts, coordination and convening of expert groups with the goal of process improvement, provision of tools, controlling the implementation and proof of effectiveness of improvement measures. Initiation of best practice sharing.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Neccessary Competencies
1.Knowledge, methods, technologies(Basic)
- Knowledge about management models (TQM, CMM, EFQM)
2. Quality-methods / -techniques (Professional)
- RM, FMEA, Q7, …
3. audits, assessments (ISO 19011) (Professional)
- ISO 9000 - series; ISO14001; OHSAS18001
4. Process management(Basic)
5. Project management(Experienced)
6. Communication-, Moderation-, Presentation-skills(Experienced)
7. English language(skilled)
Background and expriences requirement
1. Professional background:
-Bachelor or above in Automation, Electric, Electronics or correlative majors will plus
2. Work Background
-More than 5 years Electrical product/manufacturing back groud, extremely preferably in Swithing Mode Power Supply quality experience. Manufacturing/quality control process experience essential,commercial/logistic exposure useful.
-Multinational company or Taiwan company will be preferable.
3. leadership experience
-Teamwork spirit and trouble shooting ability
