Responsibilities:
Under the responsibility of CTC Dongguan Manager:
- Develop the environmental lab of CTC DG, and the related testing methods
- Ensure technical support of the innocuousness lab
- Coordination with commercial team and setting up of client testing programs
- Takes in charge of general management of laboratory technical issue, provides the resources needed for ensuring the quality of laboratory operation.
- Organize the use of international or national testing standards and ensure the latest effectiveness.
- Review the testing analysis guide and technical records and maintain its effectiveness.
- Push the improvement of testing technology, responsible to organize the development and review of new testing methods.
- Make the plan for proficiency test and comparison of laboratory.
- Organize the learning of testing specifications and regulations, make qualification of staff.
- Make the supervision plan for staff and monitor the implementation, ensure the testing standards had been used correctly.
- Investigate the non-conformity found during the technical operation or require relevant people for retest.
- Organize the measurement of uncertainty and approve the deviation application.
- Make the plan for technical activities, set and monitor testing environmental condition, require stop testing when the environment might affect the test result.
- Follow the ISO 17025 standard or relevant accreditation criteria.


Skills and requirements:
- Fluent writing and oral English,
- Relevant experience in laboratory management, appropriate knowledge of the testing carried out and the general requirements expressed in the legislation and standards, relevant knowledge of defects which may occur during the manufacturing process or in use, and the significance of deviations found with regard to normal use,
- Familiar with technical management activities, testing procedure and the limit of test for laboratory,
- The ability to coordinate people for ensuring the normal operation of testing activities,
- Familiar with CNAS accreditation criteria and requirement of relevant technical document,
- The ability to handle big technical and quality problem,
- Master’s Degree or above.
