Requirements:
1.Shipping/transportation discipline is preferable but not necessary;
2.Bilingual in Chinese and English, oral and written;
3.Software application skills ( MS Office, E-mail ).
4.Minimum 2 years relevant experience;
5.Experience in shipping/freight forwarding;
6.Well-organized, patient and detail-oriented.

Accountabilities:
? Collect and sort all the bookings according to their terminals with the on board day;
? Arrange the loading plan and contact the first track barge from CAN to book the spaces;
? To check against the B/L number, terminal port, Container number and the amount of the containers;
? Keep contact with HKG t/s dept. and inquire the exactly arrival time of the second vessel in HK;
? Coordinate with the terminals and inform the barge with the necessary information;
? Provide the vessel name, voyage, and the closing time to the customer by using fax and telephone to ensure they noted;
? Follow up the loading plan, and coordinate with all our agents and shippers for cargo clear custom smoothly;
? Contact with the barge to check out if there is any customers did not hand in the release notice, and inform they immediately, and which cargo can’t be loaded on the vessel. Also inform the customers as well, whose cargoes were rolled over;
? Accomplish the loading report and confirm the data whether is correct. Then fax and email to RCL HKG t/s dept;
? To check the manifest from barge if it is correct and fill in detention column and the barge cost of the sales report, then transfer the documents to fellows in Doc dept;
? Provide the information of the M/V schedule of different ports to customer and the situation of the on board day;
? Request the customer providing DG list if there are any DG cargoes, then fax to RCL HKG t/s dept. and confirm by telephone. If necessary, provide all the data to HKG t/s dept to make DG licence;
? Check out email and reply it timely. And report to the senior if there is any important notice;
