Job Overall Purpose:

• Assist in managing the HR functions of Recruitment & Selection, Employment, Performance Management as well as Trading Development for business teams.
• Responsible for assisting the HR Manager in the day-to-day running of HR operations for commercial teams.
• Assist HR Manager in annual manpower planning and budgeting
  

Main Reponsibilities:

• Business Partner: Be the partner of the commercial teams to align with AB Agri HR strategy, policy and process as well as providing support and advice on the routine people matters to commercial teams.
• Resources Management: Provide in-time recruitment solution to support business growth.
• HR Projects: Assist HR Manager to lead and manage on key HR projects, drive for HR operational excellence and business transformation.
• HR Operation Process/Policy: Support national HR team to ensure the smooth implementation of HR operational processes and policies. Assist HR Manager to drive and deliver HR initiatives such as performance management, compensation & benefit programs, employee training and development, etc.
• Employee Relationships: Be the contact point for commercial teams’ employees when they seek for advice and address concerns.

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human Resources or business oriented field is preferred;
• At least 3 years of human resources operational experience in MNCs, preferably has both commercial and manufacturing experiences;
• Familiar with HR processes, strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
• Able to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, work in a team environment;
• Ability to quickly understand the business strategy, financial environment and team dynamics;
• Strong communicator with effective listening, presentation and influencing skills;
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in English and Chinese
