1. 精通excel及自动化编程工具。
2. 4年以上流程自动化经验。
3. 英语流利沟通。
Position Description
Primary Duties:
??Enhance the defined list of KPI’s, analytics and data reports to include other analytics that can provide insight to
process and expense management improvements.
??Define data sourcing required to fulfill the reporting requirements, working with the corresponding COE team.
??Align reporting with other RBC’s to standardize where possible. Share methods and formats with RBC’s to
standardize on leading practice.
??Compile the KPI’s, analytics and data, including formatting
??Write clear conclusions or highlights that leadership can act on
??Discuss leadership needs, and formulate responses based on feasibility and value / purpose
??Supervise a team of analysts (size is TBD)
Job Specifications:
??Minimum 4~6 years experience working in financial analysis
??Bachelors (or local equivalent) Degree in accounting and / or finance
??Fluent ability to read and write in English
??Strong MS Office skills, including excel and ppt
??Knowledge, insight, and experience in financial administrative accounting processes
??Excellent knowledge about accounts payable policies and processes
??Proven ability to work independently with good analytical and problem solving skills around accounting analytics
and processes
