职位名称：.net开发工程师TL/AM
工作地点：大连
Key Responsibilities:
？ Creation of Project Plan and Work Estimate through providing input (list deliverables, activities/tasks, and work effort estimation)
？ Drive technical requirements such as security, performance and maintainability.
？ Lead the design of the Database Model, as well as other data-related components (e.g. Data Conversion).
？ Design and build complex components or modules of the application and database, and provide development standard for these components.
？ Support the application team in investigations of critical defects during test phrase
？ Provide scripts for the DBA to implement the development and operation environments. Helping manage test data, and to tune the data access components or database design/configuration for performance.
Working experience List as below:
？ 5+ years of Software development experience using Microsoft Visual Studio
？ 2008/2010/2012 or higher as well as ASP.NET with C#/VB.Net language
？ 5-8 years of Experience in a Team base software development role
？ 5-8 years of hands on .NET full life cycle projects
Proficient in Technical Skills:
？ Visual Studio 2008/2010/2012,.NET framework 2.0-4.5, jQuery, ASP.NET MVC,AJAX, Entity Framework, XML/XSLT/JSON, ADO.NET (HTML 5 - CSS 3 experience advantageous)
？ Proficient in Web Services with WCF, REST, familiar with RESTFUL Framework ASP.Net Web API, WCF Restful Service or ADO.Net Data service
？ Proficient in SQL Server 2005/2008/2012. Ability to write complex queries, user defined functions, triggers, indexes and stored procedures, have database performance tuning experience. (Microsoft BI Stack - SSIS, SSAS, SSRS advantageous)
？ Experience SOA and n-tier design and developing core architectural components
？ Experience working in a Test Driven environment or Domain Driven environment
？ Experience with software development life-cycle and software development models.(SCRUM Agile experience advantageous)
？ Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
职位要求：
1、计算机相关专业，本科以上学历。
2、5年以上.net软件开发工作经验，其中至少2年以上asp.net开发工作经验，精通Microsoft Visual Studio。
3、英语流利，可以和国外人员无障碍沟通。
