工作内容：
- 负责EHR系统的员工个人信息录入、更新和维护管理工作；
- 负责员工劳动合同的签订等文件的签署并解释相关条款，并协调、处理与员工入职相关事宜；
- 负责员工录用、社保、离职等各项手续的办理工作；
- 负责员工的考勤及假期管理，及公司员工居住证、外籍人员证件的办理工作；
- 负责员工商业保险的管理；
- 员工活动的组织、策划和安排；
- 完成上级布置的其他工作。
任职要求：
- 大专以上学历；
- 具有三年以上人事或员工关系模块工作经验；
- 熟悉国家劳动人事政策、法规；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神；
- 工作责任心强，肯吃苦耐劳；
- 熟练使用各类办公软件。
