职位描述
- 建立并完善公司的内训体系，根据公司发展和各部门需求制订培训计划并实施；
- 负责组织、开发公司的各类培训课程，提升员工的综合素质和专业水平；
- 负责新员工入职培训和安排，建立员工培训档案；
- 检查各分公司培训工作的落实和开展情况，定期更新培训资料；
- 负责大型活动的组织策划；
- 公司交办的其它工作。
任职要求：
- 本科学历，3年以上知名企业内训管理工作和培训讲师经验，熟悉培训和绩效模块；
- 优秀的沟通和组织协调能力；
- 热爱培训工作、性格开朗，能承受较大的工作压力。
