工作内容：
- 协助全国人事经理开展各地的薪酬福利管理工作；
- 依据业务和人力资源发展需求，协助制定薪酬规划及薪酬福利制度，并对实施情况进行检查；
- 负责向公司递交定期及不定期各项人力资源相关报告；
- 负责内外部薪酬调研（拟定调研方案/汇总数据/制作分析报告），结合调研数据建立并完善公司薪酬架构；
- 负责对各地人事开展薪酬福利系统的培训工作；
- 审核、指导各地薪资核算、社保缴纳工作；
- 完成上级布置的其他工作。
任职要求：
- 大专以上学历；
- 具有三年以上薪资福利模块工作经验，有薪酬调研及分析经验者优先；
- 了解薪酬规划及制度设计，熟悉社保办理流程；
- 熟悉国家劳动人事政策、法规；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神；
- 工作责任心强，肯吃苦耐劳；
- 熟练使用各类办公软件
