工作内容:
- 协助全国人事经理开展各地的薪酬福利管理工作;
- 依据业务和人力资源发展需求,协助制定薪酬规划及薪酬福利制度,并对实施情况进行检查;
- 负责向公司递交定期及不定期各项人力资源相关报告;
- 负责内外部薪酬调研(拟定调研方案/汇总数据/制作分析报告),结合调研数据建立并完善公司薪酬架构;
- 负责对各地人事开展薪酬福利系统的培训工作;
- 审核、指导各地薪资核算、社保缴纳工作;
- 完成上级布置的其他工作。
任职要求:
- 大专以上学历;
- 具有三年以上薪资福利模块工作经验,有薪酬调研及分析经验者优先;
- 了解薪酬规划及制度设计,熟悉社保办理流程;
- 熟悉国家劳动人事政策、法规;
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神;
- 工作责任心强,肯吃苦耐劳;
- 熟练使用各类办公软件
