职位概述 Position Summary:
Responsible for executing activities relate to product design, testing, evaluation and standardization on hose. These activities include interpretation and implementation of customer specifications and providing support for existing product designs and production.
负责完成胶管产品设计、试验、评价和产品的标准化。主要包括客户产品标准的转化和执行，对产品的设计及生产提供技术支持。

范围/协作沟通 Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Coordinate with other functional department (Marketing, Manufacturing, Sales, Quality, Purchasing, etc). And this position shall also provide membership to facility, department engineers, designers, and drafters.
和其它部门（市场部、价值流、销售、质量及采购部等）进行有效必要的沟通，并能够提供必要的协助和支持。

职责 Job Responsibility:
1. Provide engineering output with accuracy, correctness and meet to the division standard. Outputs include engineering change requests, product configuration changes, specifications, and technical reports.
提供正确的，满足产品标准的输出，包括工程变更申请，产品结构变更，规范和技术报告

2. Optimize and direct daily department activities to ensure effective and efficient completion of department objectives.
优化和指导部门的日常工作，确保有效和高效的完成部门目标

3.Perform technical work including preparation of design layouts, specifications, engineering investigations and failure analysis.
完成技术工作，包括设计规划，规范，技术调查和失效分析的准备

4. Initiation and continuous improvement of good engineering design, practices and procedures. This includes implementing redesign to improve manufacturing and to eliminate potential field problems.
持续改进产品的设计、制做和应用。包括产品的重新设计以提高可制造性和消除潜在的问题。

5. Technical support for manufacturing, production designs, customers and marketing.
为生产，产品设计，客户和市场提供技术支持

6. Assist to develop vender of rawmaterial, equipment, and subcontractor.
协助开发原材料，设备等的供应商及转包商。

7. Maintain engineering Information system database.
维护工程信息数据库

资格/条件 Qualifications:
1. BS degree in chemical or polymer engineering. Master degree is preferable;
学士学位，化学或高分子专业。硕士学位优先。

2. Minimum 3 years R&D working experience with rubber products and be familiar with the lab testing methods and equipment;
3年以上橡胶产品研发工作经验，熟悉试验标准和设备

3. Familiar with product development procedure;
精通产品开发流程

4. Experience in foreign manufacturing company is preferred;
外企工作经验的优先

5. Strong computer skills required to efficiently utilize MS Office software;
熟练使用计算机及办公软件

6. Good English both in writing and speaking.
英语书写及口语熟练
