The Mechanical Development Engineer’s responsibilities are:

· Understand the requirements that you are working to and ensure they are documented. 理解对所做工作的要求，并保证存档这些要求文件。

· Contribute to complete and effective engineering plans and schedules, including planning own activities. 参与制定完善和有效的工程计划和进度，包括计划自己的工作。

· Provide high quality and imaginative technical solutions/deliverables that meet required specifications within timescales and budgets, under the guidance of a more senior engineer when necessary. 需要时在资深的工程师的指导下，为项目提供高质量的和具有想象力的技术解决方案/设计输出并满足项目的进度和预算要求。

· Academic qualifications, for example, a degree in a relevant engineering discipline. 学历资格，如相关工程学科的学位证明等。

· At least 1 year working in a similar R and D environment. 至少具有1年以上相关研发工作经历。

· Ability to read relevant technical documents and write simple documents such as test plan and test report in English. 能用英文阅读相关技术资料和文档并能编写简单的文件，如试验计划和报告等。

· Relevant experience of working with CAD tools such as Solid Edge, Solid Works. 使用计算机辅助设计工具的相关经历，如Solid Edge, Solid Works等。
