职位描述

Corporate Traffic Controller/Performing Analyst – Asia Pacific

Purpose of the position
1. Act as internal interface between Sales and Operations for the assigned Global Key Account(s)
2. Ensure Customer Satisfaction on all services rendered, matching or exceeding Service Performance Target(s) defined and agreed upon in GKA/IVSA contracts
3. Continuously seek and address areas of potential improvement and optimization to Global Key Account Management Team (traffic, processes, etc……..)

Key Tasks
1. Ensure data availability and integrity to Corporate Global Key Account Manager and Corporate Key Account Managers, all regions, to perform required customer analysis
2. Address data quality and/or quantity issue to relevant Country, Region and Corporate functions
3. Support Global Key Account Management Team globally on Customer Analysis (internal) and Customer Reporting (external)
4. Ensure proper execution of agreed services sold to Global Key Account(s) by continuously monitoring internal operations as per service performance KPIs defined for the assigned Global Key Account(s)
5. Identify root cause on service issues and timely address all issues to relevant functions and Global Key Account Management Team
6. Support thorough RFI/RFQ work of Global Key Account Team and Tender Management
7. Update rate grids in place with Global Key Account(s) under the guidance of Corporate Global Key Account Manager and Corporate Key Account Managers, all regions
8. Support PAC on various Panalpina internal systems relating to implementation, setup, maintenance and enhancement
9. Trouble shooting support and end user training on Panalpina internal systems for operation team at Business Units and act as a bridge between operation and IT at Business Units
10. Drive on implementation and/or re-engineering
11. Support Corporate Global Key Account Manager and Corporate Key Account Managers, all regions, on SOP establishment and update communication and ensure full adherence of it throughout the organization
12. Timely address any deviation to concerned Country/Regional Management and Global Key Account Management Team and initiate corrective actions with relevant internal functions
13. Support Global Key Account Management Team on ad-hoc/spot quote quotations issuance and communication, in line with profit guidance provided by Corporate Key Account Manager, APAC
14. Consolidate and organize Global Key Account(s) strategic capacity forecast and communicate to Global Key Account Management Team
15. Seek, promote and initiate continuous improvement opportunities
16. Act as regional point of contact for customer inquiries/complaint escalations and ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable business relationship
17. Participate at Global Key Account(s) regular Business Review Meeting
18. Act as main interface between Global Key Account(s) and Panalpina operations teams

1. High product knowledge of customer related IT products
2. Good knowledge of air freight industry
3. Good knowledge of ocean freight industry
4. Good understanding of Panalpina’s strategy and products
5. Good knowledge of forwarding systems
6. Ability to review, analyze and understand performance reports

Educational background / Work experience
1. Tertiary education
2. Degree holder with logistics related preferable
3. At least 3 years working experience with related working experience preferable

Language skills
1. Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Computer Literacy
1. Microsoft Office
2. Programming
3. Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools
4. Knowledge of Panalpina IT systems preferred
