Purpose of the position

The person will be responsible for providing system support to the daily operation of the DC, which includes tracing/ investigating all the errors/ exceptions in the orders/ reporting, communicating that with PA/System Supplier IT timely and working out practical and effective solution.

Note: Position is located in Yangshan Free Trade Port Area (YS FTPA)

Key Tasks

1. To solve the system problems within the responsible areas via onsite support, making sure warehouse system is running properly and stably.

2. Following the issue escalation process, to communicate with IT/ process team timely for any system issues and assist them to resolve the problem in order to minimize the impact to the DC operation.

3. To cooperate with IT/ Process team/ DC operation team/ Customer support team to conduct system test and implement new release.

4. To review and summarize the issues regularly and accordingly to conduct system and operation trainings.

5. To ensure high quality of functional reports being generated and communicated timely.

6. Review the whole process periodically to continuously seek for opportunities for process improvement within the functional scope.

7. Maintain system data and control system data accuracy

8. Supporting other team to do daily work

1.Logistics order management/customer service related to experience from domestic/international transport management and freight booking

2.At least 2 years WAREHOUSE SYSTEM experience
3.Plus if experience from Telecom network equipment
4.Plus if familiar with basic warehouse operations
5.Plus if familiar with BLP/FTZ/FTP customs processes

Educational background / Work experience

1.Bachelor degree or higher in computer, IT, logistics, freight forwarding or equivalent
2.Minimum 2 years working experience in IT field, with minimum 2 year experience in WMS/WAREHOUSE SYSTEM operation experience
3.Higher focus on attitude, personality, English language skills and skills & competences listed above

Language skills

1.Excellent Chinese Mandarin(verbal, read & write)
2.Excellent English (read & Write)
3.Good English (verbal)

Computer Literacy

1.Familiar with MS Office and computer literacy (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

2.WAREHOUSE SYSTEM experience is essential
