Job Responsibilities岗位职责:
Understand the business environment with an ability to identify and plan differentiated and effective marketing strategies 了解市场环境，辨识并制定出具有针对性和有效的市场策略。
Develop, manage and implement the Marketing strategies. 负责市场战略的制定、管理和执行.
Be responsible to collect and analyze the information of the industry and competitors, and propose analysis report;负责收集并分析行业及竞争对手信息，并生成分析报告；
Lead the marketing initiatives to develop and build the company’s brands; ensure that all marketing, communication and business development activities are aligned with Company's brand image引导市场营销活动以构建和发展公司品牌；确保所有营销，公关和业务发展均与公司品牌形象一致；
Develop and implement communication channels for promotional marketing campaigns. 创建、开发营销推广活动的公关渠道
Assist GM of Sales and Marketing with ad hoc projects where needed 协助营销总经理参与相关项目。

Requirements任职要求：
Bachelor degree in Marketing/Communications/Business国家统招本科以上学历；市场营销、传媒、管理学等相关专业
At least 10 years experience in real estate industry and minimum 5 years in similar management role. 10年以上房地产行业相关从业经验,5年以上类似管理经验
Good management skills and excellent communication skills具备良好的管理及优秀的沟通能力
Creativity, imagination and the ability to take initiative 具备创造力，想象力和主动性
Enthusiastic and self-driven; proven ability in handling diverse projects 热情，自励，具备同时处理多项目的能力
Can work under pressure.能承受高强度的工作压力
