Job Objective工作目的
Coordinate with related department and external outsourcing party to meet department target and assist line manager complete the related landscape tasks.
与公司其他部门及外包公司协调沟通以达成部门目标，并协助上级完成与景观的相关任务。

Job Responsibilities 岗位职责
Assist department heads responsible for Landscape work and report the relevant circumstances of the project
1)协助部门主管负责办3办4及公司其他项目景观工作并报告相关情况；
Familiar with relevant professional landscape system design and equipment / materials selection (including specifications, technical parameters, etc.), independent scheme selection, optimization and design work;
2)熟悉园林相关专业系统设计及设备/材料选型（包括规格、技术参数等），独立进行方案比选、优化设计等工作；
Conscientiously auditing the required materials of engineering, and check the quality of the material and the construction on-site of raw materials, finished products, semi-finished products, components, fittings the quality of the
3)认真审核工程所需材料，并对进场材料的质量严格把关，检查施工现场的原材料、成品、半成品、构配件的质量；
Supervise and coordinate the supervision of quality control engineering, inspect and put forward rectification to the completion of quality of the construction units and supervision units
4)督促和协调监理控制工程质量，对施工单位与监理单位的质量完成情况进行检查考核并提出整改意见；
Responsible for acceptance of work of involved in the concealment of the professional engineering unit project, sub-project completion and the completion and acceptance of the project
5)负责组织涉及本专业的隐蔽工程、单位工程、分项工程的完工验收工作并与参与工程项目的竣工验收。

Education Requirements 知识和教育水平
At least a Bachelor degree in landscape or related discipline from an accredited College / University.
本科学历，景观或相关专业，正规院校毕业。

Required level of experiences所需的工作经验
Bachelor degree or above
国家高等院校本科或本科以上学历；
5years of large-scale real estate project company or institute relevant work experience, intermediate technical titles
5年大型房地产项目公司或设计院相关工作经验

Technical/Functional: contracts management, compliance, good judgement.技术/功能：合约管理，服从性，良好的判断力。
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.良好的中英文表达及书写能力。
Ability to work independently and handle multiple work assignments on timely manner.能够独立工作并同时处理多任务的能力。
Ability to interact effectively, clearly and concisely with all levels of the organisation and demonstrates the ability to collaborate and cooperate across organisational boundaries.能够与组织中各个层级人员有效，简洁明了的进行沟通，并良好合作。
