职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Provide support to business units in the recruitment of all staff
-Prepare job descriptions and job advertisement; decide on how best to advertise
-Participate in the selection of staff
-Manage and maintain the talent database for possible needs in near future
-Advise on pay including promotion and benefits
-Set up monthly & yearly recruiting plan to meet the recruiting target
-Organize annual Management Trainee Program
-Manage and maintain internal recruitment channel to provide careers opportunities for internal employee
-Generate regular recruitment report timely & accurately
-Conduct new employee orientation program
-Other assigned works
Qualification Requirement:
-At least a Bachelor degree in related discipline from an accredited College / University
-Minimum 5 years staffing experience including 2years’ of recruiting experience in the property development, international consulting firm or other reputable MNCs
-Good English communication skills in both written and verbal communication skills, good problem solving skill, dedicated and self-motivated
-Professional writing skill in both English and Chinese. Be accomplished in formal document generating, good command of visual / ppt /excel /word, etc.
-Proactive, initiative, passionate, interpersonal & communication skills
