Job Description
The successful candidate will be a member of our Project Management Group. He/She will be the Project Managers of OEM/ODM projects.

Qualifications (must have) - education, skills, experience
-Bachelor or higher education degree in electrical and electronics engineering, computer engineering or related subject.
- Good English and Mandarin Knowledge, both written and spoken .Must be fluent in English conversation. CET-6 or equivalent.
-Must have successful product delivery experience.
-Minimum 2 years related experience in project management in an R&D environment.
-Must have directly related hardware/software project management experience.

Qualifications (nice to have)
- Proven track record with project management tools (Microsoft Project) or equivalent.
- Understand manufacture proecesss and issues (SMD/DIP/ASSEMBLY/PACKING, yield rate issue etc)
- Understand product integration (Say EMC, Safety, Environment etc)
-Hardware design or software programming experience

Job tasks/duties
-Coordinate with all project team members to achieve team work efficiency. (RD & Manufacture)
-Communicate project status and issues with customers and in Organization.
-Follow product life cycle process.
- Develop project plans and manage project schedules.
-Identify risks and develop countermeasure planning with project team incorporating the mitigations into the project schedule.
-Integrate and manage project deliverables to and from groups outside the project team including external vendors
