1. 熟悉电磁场理论及微带电路、射频器件与天线、通信理论知识等；2. 两年以上板级RF射频电路设计经验，熟练使用频谱仪、网络分析仪等仪器；3. 具有阻抗匹配调试、天线仿真以及无源RF电路PCB Layout等技能；4. 较强的电路系统和基础电路的仿真能力(simulation methodology), 以及对芯片层次和PCB层次上无源电路的建模(parasitic extraction)经验；5. 有基础模拟电路和基础射频电路的设计经验, 应用Cadence或/和ADS模拟(simulation)及版图设计(Virtuoso layout)的经验。
