Installation Information Specialist

工作概述：
Assist installation management system supervisor with data collecting, information updating, report analysis etc., giving support in each operation stage for installation operation system (SAP, VIEW, PMD, Workflow)
协助安装管理系统主管对安装管理系统（SAP,VIEW,PMD,Workflow）进行数据收集、信息更新、报告分析等工作，在项目执行各个阶段给予支持。
岗位内容：
1. Maintaining and updating for installation management system--SAP,VIEW,PMD etc.
2. Assist with improving system flow, rule and function promotion.
3. Assist with compling installation system operation manual and training for Branch related people.
4. Requirement analysis, task test, information feedback for SAP,VIEW system online
5. Tracking, cheking, modifying data in SAP,VIEW, PMD
6. Audit reguarly SAP, VIEW, PMD system , urge Branch to improve work efficiency, ensure data maintenance timely, accurate
7.Communicate with Plant, update scheduling and shipment data regularly.
8. Complete weekly, monthly reports and other irregularly report.
9.The other tasks assigned by superior.
1.对安装管理系统等进行日常维护，更新
2.协助改进系统流程、规范并进行功能推广
3.协助编写安装系统操作手册并对分公司相关人员进行指导
4. 对系统上线进行需求分析，任务测试，信息反馈
5.对系统上线后数据维护进行跟进，审核，修正
6. 对系统进行定期检查，督促分公司提高输入质量，确保数据的准确性，及时性
7. 与工厂进行沟通，定期更新排产、发运数据
8.完成工作周报、月报及其它不定时报告
9. 上级安排的其他任务
岗位要求：
1.College degree or above; Related computer professional.
2.Above 1 year experience;Work experience in Elevator & Escalator industry is preferred.
3.Fluent in both written & spoken English.CET-4 or above.
4.Proficient in Microsoft 2007; Proficient in use of excel function, the pivot, charts etc.
5.Proficient in Access, programming or ERP is preferred.
1.大专以上学历;计算机相关专业
2.一年以上工作经验;有电梯公司从业经验者优先
3.英语熟练，CET-4及以上
4.精通microsoft 2007；熟练运用excel函数，数据透视，图表等功能
5.精通Access创建、编程或ERP者优先
