Maintain and improve QM-System;
- Communication with DS and Corporate for all QM-System related issues

Quality Methods
- Promote Q-methods (Problem solving, 8D, Shainin, FMEA, SPC, QAM…);
- Q-methods assessment ;
- Budget planning and control;

Qualifications Requirement
University degree in automotive, mechanical/electronic, industrial or quality engineering;

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience
- knowledge of products and production, PEP, BPS and QM-System;
- knowledge and experience of auditing, QM-system, QMS 5 Q-tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP), automotive OEM requirements and other international standards;
- knowledge and experience of process management, EFQM requirements and Q-methods;
- knowledge and experience of personnel management, leadership, coaching/mentoring.

Quality engineer for

- process quality assurance and preventive quality assurance
In our new installed Quality-Team for Common Rail Injectors we handle internal (manufacturing, design of experiment, quality-audit) and external (from diesel engine manufacturer) customer complaints with the 8D systematic. Analytical thinking and strategic working are our excellence to continuously improve the quality of our products, to reduce our failure costs and to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers. We are professional contact persons to the production departments for new product releases, for design of experiment and for engineering change requests from the point of quality. In an interesting and ambitious field at the interface between quality, production and development we are looking for flexible and self-contained mechanical or electrical engineers with 3 years work experience in quality or in production.

Detailed Description
1. New Product Development (NPD) / Global Change Management (GCM) with Japan / CZ team.
2. Hosting for Japanese customer’s CZ visit / audit -- minor events.
3. Support of Japan Customer Quality Engineer / Design Engineer -- major events.
4. Coaching CZ Make team by Japanese way / Toyota way, i.e. 5S, Poka Yoke, Kaizen,,, for improvement. Training for this person will be done by ST Japan team.
5. Review of 8D report prepared by CZ team with Japan team to close issue.
Job Requirements

5. Supplier Quality Engineer(IC Component) (供应商质量工程师) 上海
职位描述: Brief Description
The Supplier Quality Engineer will lead efforts in exploring, initiating, developing, and validating opportunities in quality improvements with the supply base supporting the manufacturing Site. The individual in this role will act as the technical interface between suppliers and design/ manufacturing engineers to improve performance, audit for compliance, qualify new and alternate sources and support new product development activities. Identify trends, manage projects & influence teams to drive overall reduction in EOS, ppm, 8D cycle time, and return incidents. Conduct supplier assessment and closure of all findings. Lead cross functional team and supply base to contain and prevent quality excursions
Detailed Description
1.Support day-to-day activities addressing DMR’s, CARE and the Receiving Inspection Area.
2.Manage the 8D process with suppliers and maintain accurate data in the TrackWise system.
3.Develop proactive Action Plans to improve supplier’s processes, quality, cost and flow of supplied materials throughout the entire supply chain.
4.Conduct supplier system and process audits in compliance with GQSM
5.Communicate supplier performance metrics and organize review meetings with suppliers.
6.Interact with NPD/NBO and BCS teams to ensure suppliers are involved in development and review of specifications to promote design for manufacturability.
7.Support NPD/NBO and BCS teams and manage sample submissions, conduct supplier audits and PPAP reviews as applicable.
8.Use project management skills and tools to support alternate component technologies for reduced cost or improved quality and reliability and implements changes. (Adherence to Change Management Procedures/AGILE) .
9.Develop SQIP programs with suppliers to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology.
10.Develop Technical Knowledge on Commodity assigned.
Job Requirement
1. Required: Bachelor's, Electrical Engineering/Physics and/or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experienced
2. Preferred: Master's, Electrical Engineering/Physics and/or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
3. Minimum of 7 years of working experience required
4. 5+ yrs experience in semiconductor industry,
5. 3+ yrs in quality - SQE or CQE experience is preferred
6. Six Sigma training/certification
7. CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) or CQM (Certified Quality Manager)
8. Experience with quality tools including but not limited to Design for Manufacturability, Error Proofing, GD&T, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, CpCpk, control plan, and 8D.
9. Familiarity and practice with lean manufacturing and value stream mapping
10. Established statistical modeling capabilities
11. Excellent collaboration & project management skills
12. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
13. Travel – can be up to 25% depending on demands
14. Language – Fluent in English
15. Computer Skills – proficient in MS Office, Statistical s/w such as Minitab

Qualification:

- Good English skill both oral and written. Familiar with 8D, PDCA-FTA is plus.
