Main Responsibility

The PE supervisor（设备工程主管） shall be in charge of the M&E works covering both Mechanical(HVAC /Plumbing /Fire Fighting) and Electrical Packages. His responsibility will cover the coordination of the project following contractual obligations, coordination with the Main Contractor and Consultants, scheduling of the activities and monitoring budget of the project. He will also responsible for the system maintenance, repair and optimize after the whole facility set up.

Job Description

1. Planning & Coordination: Prepare, follow-up and update the detailed work schedule; participate to regular site coordination meetings as contractor’s representative
2. Technical: Coordinate and supervise the technical activities with the engineering consultant and the Project Design Team for the preparation of submittal of equipment, BOQ, combine drawings & shop drawings, As Built drawings, O&M manuals
3. Procurement: Identify vendors and sub-contractors, initiate enquiries and evaluate quotations, prepare subcontracts and release purchase orders
4. Financial: Follow-up contract analytical accounting, cash flow projections, payments, progress reports, invoicing
5. Quality Control: Supervise the activities of the Quality Control Officer in compliance with the Quality Control regulations prescribed by the General Contractor
6. Manage the maintenance and repair of HVAC (暖通与空调设备), BA, building, Racking, etc.

Skills Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree holder, major in HVAC or Electrical Engineering;
2. At least 5 years experience as Project Manager in international project and working experience in construction building or HVAC, BA system.
3. Leadership and ability to work in a team, take decision and evaluate priorities, meet commitments, dynamic & innovative
4. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English, computer literate, particularly in MS Office, AutoCAD & MS Project
5. Experience in logistics equipments, office layout is added advantage
