该职位常住地为宁波或者南京， 故招募已在当地常住合适本岗人士， 学历为大专以上， 英语必须流利

Main responsibility:


1. Take full responsibility from the time the tech pack is received and follow up all pp samples until the order is shipped.


2. Request an analysis of Time & Action to ensure feasibility of order execution. Keep close contact with the suppliers to know status of orders at all times.


3. Ensuring production calendar timelines are adhered to by appointed vendors and that Pre-production samples are provided on time and according to requirements;


4. Follow up the order by using TradeStone System, use T&A deadlines as a help to keep track of order status. Make sure to receive all samples on time.


5. Work actively to expedite samples and work together with fit technician where needed.


6. Identify possible challenges during development, production, delivery and communicate to Home office immediately


7. Set up & Maintain GD specific sewing resources and best production lines. Identify and keep best lines for GD. Analyze actual factory cost and efficiency, work with factory to improve work efficiency & output.


8. Execute last minute changes & facilitate flexibility at factory level.


9. Assist in balancing flow, scheduling, prioritizing & give HO quick visibility on issues to HO daily.


10. Maintaining efficient and productive relationships with appointed vendors, all the while being aligned to corporate objectives;


11. Together with vendors, coordinates final production to schedule on-site quality control inspections by QC team;


12. Communicating directly with Import Specialists at corporate office daily for all status updates;


13. Prepare and facilitate visits of home office staff for production update and development.


14. Using the approved tech pack, validating that product is aligned to our quality and brand standards;


15. Collaborating with appointed factories and related QC teams to ensure that Groupe Dynamite standards are well explained, defined and understood;


16. Managing potential quality issues quickly and providing alternate solutions to ensure production calendar timelines are respected;


17. Perform other duties as assigned by the management


Main Requirements:

· Bachelor degree, major in Textile Engineer, Industrial Engineer, BA/Economy Degree is preferred.


· Experience of Textile/garment production, preferably experience from similar position, in supplier or representative office.


· Experiences in garment factories, especially in production planning or quality assurance will be a strong preference.


· Knowledge on fabrics( both woven and knit), garment tech is a must


· Knowledge in pattern/fitting is preferred


· Good command of written and oral English


· Good communication skill


· Business minded and interest in fashion, able to work independently


· Self disciplined
