Roles & Responsibility

· Processes and follows-up on futures orders and daily orders

· Ensures orders are properly authorized before processing

· Provides order tracking and delivery updates to customers

· Coordinates and communicates with account managers and customers on issues related to orders, payment and delivery of goods

· Communicates special programs, including close-out & EPR, to customers

· Communicates marketing information such as campaign info, customer specific info, POS specific information to customers

· Trains customers to maximize the use of adiportal, and is first line of support for adiportal related issues

· Files all customer documents including sales contract, pre-order and prop -order confirmation, POS opening and closing.

· Migrates towards more proactive customer servicing

· Cleans up customer backlogs.

Experience/Skills Required

· 2– 3 years of complaints handling, order processing, sales administration or customer service experience

· Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Access

· Fluency in English

· College diploma or higher

· Proactive, energetic, warm and enthusiastic
