Job Description:

1.Keep effective communication with Danish Technical Documentation department regarding O&M Manuals, ensuring the O&M Manuals are well organized and in control;

2.Translate the O&M Manuals via standard translation tool, ensuring the translation quality and efficiency;

3.Set up a standard and whole-life cycle management for O&M Manuals, from the planning until handover the whole set to customer both in hard copy and soft copy;

4.Control all the activities related to O&M Manuals, coordinate with project manager to allocate and supervise all the resources regarding O&M Manuals;

5.Standard the O&M Manuals drafted by sub-supplier, ensuring the format and content requires Beumer Standard;

6.Assist the project team to do some translations when necessary.
