Job Function / Purpose:

Position is responsible for the engineering and construction work of the civil, structure, architectures of new projects, as well as to support the existing plant for related tasks.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain close working relationship with Project managers, other discipline engineers, design engineers and construction contractor for project CSA engineering and execution.
2. Define, evaluate CSA related materials and equipment, plan, estimate and develop schedules for Civil, Structural and Architectural work in accordance with Project Schedule requirements.
3. Review and approval design criteria and technical specifications for CSA work, deliver high quality and cost effective design.
4. Arrange and prepare CSA design deliverables including Layout drawings, detail drawings, schedules, and diagrams to enable procurement, supply, fabrication, installation and construction to take place.
5. CSA scheduling and implementation, inspection and testing, and reporting.
6. Review and approval contractor proposals, cost estimation for CSA work.
7. Skilled in design relevant software and related tools, Good communication skills in English and Mandarin, Knowledge in related disciplines, underground facilities, HVAC, firefighting, anti-corrosion, tank farm, plumbing and lighting design, team-player and self-motivated, sufficient project experience is a must.
8. Participate in project feasibility study, related technical support and preparation for bidding document and responsible for assigned project CSA aspects.
9. Support project permit for construction drawings review/approvals/archive with authority/bureaus.
10. Implement the other tasks from project manager. Sharing the knowledge and experience with other engineers and colleagues keep a united and harmonious atmosphere in company.

REQUIREMENT

1. College or University Degree in CSA Engineering
2. 5 + years experiences in chemical industry as CSA engineer.
3. Fluent in English with very good written and spoken skills, with good communication & presentation skills. Office projector & AutoCAD skill, and PDS.
4. Strong experience and technical background for civil and layout design, familiar with design procedure and cooperation with other discipline.
5. Familiar with local and international CSA practices and standard and implementation;
6. Petrochemical, chemical plant design experience
7. Grade I state certificate of Structure or Architecture.
