Main responsibilities

? Perform quality analysis and inspections, for example data analysis, benchmark testing, localization, and destructive/non-destructive analysis.
? Identify needs of improvement areas and initiate corrective actions and be responsible for leading Quality Improvement and Corrective action follow up.
? Evaluate raw materials, components FAI and CTQ identification, and other inputs to the production process and liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that their products meet the organization’s quality standards.
? Evaluate the organization’s manufacturing processes, systems, and technology and recommend changes that will improve the quality of the organization’s finished products.
? Maintain and analyze quality records to prepare regular and ad hoc reports; check that established testing procedures are being followed; identify and address recurring problems either with the quality of the product or the reliability of testing procedures. Educate and train quality assurance inspectors and other staff to ensure that they understand and comply with established quality procedures and standards.
? Quality system IS9001 auditing and maintenance internal and external.
? Mock up quality management and the improvement actions follow up.

Requirements:


? Coordinate the installation site across function for the quality improvement actions to meet the customer’s products requirement and satisfactions.
? At least 3 years' relevant work experience, preferably in quality field.
? Good technical understanding of designs and solutions that meet customer expectations.
? Good command with the Ms-office such as Word, Excel, PPT.
? Knowledge of quality system ISO9001 internal auditor certification and quality tools such as PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC, 8D/5Why for the quality problem solving.
? Knowledge and experience of manufacturing/operational process and the continuous improvement through application of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and methodologies;
Project management and resource planning skills is plus
