3C涂料研发主管/经理 /UV涂料研发主管 /经理

工作地点;江苏无锡、东莞、长沙

职责描述一

1、对性能研发方向作出权威性建议及行动；
2、对原材料筛选负有相应的权力和责任
3、对下属的产品作出中肯审核
4、对下属人员的考核有最大比重的发言权


5、负责所有重要客户的重大项目开发及改善、维护过程；
6、负载组织人员对难点、重点项目进行技术攻关；
7、、负载下属的配方开发结果及生产工艺制定
8、对自干+UV体系、弹性漆体系有非常丰富的经验及经得住考验的配方体系。




任职资格：

1、本科或以上学历，相关专业，至少拥有 5 年以上工业涂料行业3C涂料研发经验；
2、具备丰富研发经验、熟悉整个工艺及产品；
3、熟悉产品性能及配套要求，对大型手机终端客户要求熟悉；
4、成熟、稳重、稍外向；
5、具有良好的应变能力，能处理各种突发事情，擅长客户交流；


其他要求：

能够有终端客户（联想、华为、三星、HP、DELL、微软、索尼、华硕、宏基、大众等国内外知名品牌）的性能要求熟习，能够独立和组织下属工程师对相关品牌的项目进行研发。对涂装线工艺熟习，对生产工艺非常了解。
