Major Job Functions:

1. Daily support on sales calls and enquiry from customers, internal / external or oversea emails enquiry, complaints and operation issue / enquiries;

2. Sales quotation, tender and quotation coordinate with sales team;

3. Support on coordinating to collect all logistics cost and solution for sales for proposal;

4. Prepares monthly report and other supporting task to the manager and sales team;

5. Prepares external reports and send to customers in timely manners;

6. Coordinate with inter-department for daily shipment to ensure customer’s expectation is met all time;

7. Coordinates with overseas for inbound shipment and monitor until arrival;

8. Maintain good rapport to the assigned customers and updates to sales for new opportunities;

9. Support on the department manager on other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must posses at least 1 year experience in NVOCC/Freight Forwarding background

2. Able to work independently and also a team player.

3. Basic reading and writing skill in English (CET-4 or above).

2、根据KPI的要求，做好现有客户关系维护；
3、投标与报价的协调工作；
4、将有关客户信息及时反馈给本部门销售同事；
5、负责报价调整、重新报价等工作；
6、协调、配合本部门销售同事进行客户拜访；
7、协助经理监控所在团队的业务量；
8、协助经理完成日常销售/业务拓展情况报告。

任职要求：
1、女性，24-35岁；
2、二年以上相关工作经验，其中1年以上的NVOCC/货运代理工作经验；
3、具有较强的独立工作能力和良好的团队合作精神；
4、具有基本的英语读写技能（CET-4及以上）。
