Purpose of the Job:

Provide the relevant daily service to client, and assist Practice Leader to build up the Management Consulting service capability of Captive Practice.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily Service to Client

- Daily management consulting service to client.

- Prepare/translate/presenting service/advice/data(acturial) analysis proposal, PPT in professional consulting format/methodology to client.

- Assist client to implement the management approach, embed the advice into the existing business processes.

2. Assistance to BD activity

- Prepare/translate/presenting service/advice/data(acturial) analysis proposal, PPT in professional consulting format/methodology to prospects.

- Assistance to event organization.

- Other BD activities.

3. Assistance to Project Leader or CA on outer source management

- Communication with global resources.

- Set up the library of templates and updated materials, incl. proposal, PPT, bar chart, rate tariff, ref docs, etc.

- Training to other colleagues.

4. Other task assigned by Practice Leader

Requirements:

Education & Majors: Bachelor or above, Management, Accounting, Economics, Insurance, Acturial etc.

Related Experience:

1) Minimum 7 years within consulting firm, SOE’s, governments, insurance company or insurance brokers, with the experiences of general management, risk management, internal auditing, etc.
2) Insurance Industry consulting/management experiences.
3) Insurance regulation relationship management experiences.
4) Project/Process/Quality management experiences.

Knowledge,Skills & Capability:

1) Professional, Dedicated, Proactive, Efficient, Team Spirit.
2) Strong communication and problem solving skill.
3) Native Chinese, fluent in English (oral and written).
4) Good skill of writing to match the requirement of SOEs.
5) Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, Power point, Access etc.).

Qualifications:

CET 6 and other English Test Certificate;
(Other quolifications match the requirements as above.)
