Main responsibilities:

1. Issue production plan, arrange and control daily manufacturing progress;

完成生产计划和任务，安排和控制生产作业进度;

2. Monitor production status, manage product requirement, process, productivity target, make sure on-time completion.

监控生产情况、产品需求、生产过程、产值目标等，按时完成生产目标;

3. Timely response to manufacturing issue, provide in time solution and reasonable suggestions;

及时对生产异常做出反应，发现问题及时追踪，并提出合理建议;

4. Participate in planning and implementation on continuous improvement on quality and enhance productivity;

参与提高生产效率和改善产品质量的行动计划与实施;

5. Monitor standard operation, ensure safety and tidiness on spot;

监控标准操作方法，确保生产现场的安全和清洁;

6. Proficient in production quality regulation, production standard, product technical characteristic and production process;

精通行业产品质量规范与生产标准，熟悉产品技术特点与生产流程.

7. Organize the implementation of 5S;

组织环境整洁5S

Requirement:

1.Technical secondary school，Major in Engineering or Mechanical.

中专，工程或机械类专业。

2．Above 3 years related experience in tooling manufacturing

模具制造行业3年以上相关经验。

3．Knowledge of tooling structure, Familiar with Fanuc system, CNC operation，Be familiar with CNC milling machine (MAKINO System);

有模具构架的知识，熟悉发科那系统，CNC操作。熟悉数控铣床 MAKINO 系统

4．Familiar with machine G code, M code, and machine characteristic .Skill of UG software, read drawing.

熟悉G代码，M代码，和数控机床的机器特征。会UG编程软件，能读懂机械图。

5．Knowledge Quality management, process optimization, coordination, analysis and solution provide

进行质量管理，优化进程，分析和提供问题的解决方案。
