JOB OBJECTIVES:

He/She will provide maintenance and SAP expertise services to production sites Asia Pacific for continually improving maintenance efficiency and plant reliability in terms of latest know-how and technologies in the BASF world.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Steering and implementing global and regional maintenance and SAP improvement programs to production sites Asia Pacific.

2.Leading the development of regional maintenance and SAP guidelines, processes and methodologies.

3.Providing maintenance and SAP expertise services and trainings to production sites in Asia Pacific.

4.Supporting sites and regional business units to improve maintenance and SAP performance report focusing on technical cost and KPIs etc.

5.Leading regional maintenance and SAP platforms for experience and best practice exchange in Asia Pacific.

6.Supporting Asia Pacific Technical Community.

7.Supporting regional capital project to develop maintenance and SAP concept and set-up.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Education: Bachelor degree above in technical and engineering; Master degree above is preferred.

2.Working Experience: At least 5-year work experience in chemical or petrochemical industry. At least 3-year work experience in plant maintenance or engineering or SAP area in chemical or petrochemical industry.

3.Technical & Professional Knowledge: Special SAP knowledge is needed.

4.Language: Fluent oral and written English is needed.
