JOB OBJECTIVES:
· Take fully responsibility of Finance and Accounting for engaged company/(ies)
· Coordinate different teams within FA platform and SSC
· Act as FA communication channel to external parties
· Support and back up to manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Act as Finance representative to communicate with company/site management, controlling and other functional departments about Finance related affairs.
2. Take ownership of the financial statements and sign-off the statutory financial reports.
3. Monitor all Balance sheet accounts and take responsibility to chase relevant parties to solve problem timely and appropriately
4. Monitor company’s change through account review and active communication with business pairs.
5. Coordinate and support relevant parties in order to ensure the company is fully compliance with BASF group/external guidelines and policies
6. Stick to local statutory regulation in a good manner, eg document printing, voucher filing, account book printing, etc.
7. Take responsibility of local statutory report preparation, including accuracy and punctually submission
8. Support shared service center to complete Group reporting compilation
9. Take appropriate measures to fulfill various FRC requirements
10. Take part in Balance Sheet Review Meeting to explain Finance related topics
11. Cope with various internal and external audits if Finance support is required
12. Work closely with business to support business growth and development
13. Process of expense claim as per request and ensure compliance with regulatory stipulation and internal control policy
14. Take ownership for assigned accounting topic and provide guidance, support and training for the accounting issues/projects related to the specific accounting topic
15. Responsible for project settlement > EUR 2 million with support of Manager and Expert
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting or Finance. Possess accounting certificate. Other professional title or CPA is a plus
2. Minimum 5 years professional experience in finance area.
3. Deep understanding of various processes in the Finance functions e.g. AP/AP/GAR
4. Customer relationship and stakeholder management
