OBJECTIVES:
Take fully responsibility of Finance and Accounting for engaged company/(ies),coordinate different teams within FA platform and SSC,act as FA communication channel to external parties and support and back up to manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Act as FA representative to communicate with company/site management, controlling and other functional departments about FA related affairs.


2. Monitor all balance sheet accounts and take responsibility to chase relevant parties solve problem timely and appropriately


3. Keep an eye on company’s change through account review and know about the story.


4. Coordinate and support relevant parties in order to ensure the company is fully compliance with internal control policy.


5. Stick to local compliance regulation in a good manner, eg document printing, voucher filing, account book printing, etc.


6. Take responsibility of local statutory report preparation, including accuracy and punctually submission


7. Support BASC to complete Group reporting compilation


8. Take appropriate measures to fulfill various FRC requirements


9. Take part in Balance Sheet Review Meeting to explain FA related topics


10. Cope with various internal and external audits if FA support is required


11. Work closely with business to support business growth and development


12. Check employee expense claim according to regulatory stipulation and internal control policy
