Responsibilities
· assisting the Senior Merchandiser in handing daily administration ,clerical work and following up order,

· Liaise with PRC factories and Italian merchandiser.

· Follow up lab dip & development samples with factory to ensure accurate measurements according to the tech sheet and timely delivery

· Assist in sample development, sample checking, sourcing, sampling, ordering and production follow ups

· Monitor delivery schedule to meet the sms and production deadline

· Consolidate and follow up outstanding issue for potential problem in production

· Fabric technical report follow up

· Data entry and record update as well as parcel tracking



Job Requirements
· Technical Institute/ Polytechnic graduate with at least 4-5 years' relevant experience

· At least 5 years ladies woven solid experience in fabric

· Capable of evaluating products against specification independently

· Detailed, well organized, hardworking & able to work under pressure

· Self-motivated and aggressive

· Proficient in MS Word and Excel

· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

· Work location: Shanghai
