Position: Supervisor, Human Resources (6 Months Temporary position)
Work Location: Shanghai
Reporting to: Manager, Human Resources
JOB OBJECTIVES:
Work under general supervision and follow the relevant policies and procedures, process the activities and implement the relevant policies in the assigned job area(s) such as compensation and benefit, and other HR general function to support the unit objective achievements in terms of service deliveries, standards, schedules and legal compliance.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the supervision and support the implementation of HR overall activities to ensure consistent system/ process and alignment.
Keep and update the databases and prepare documentation to reflect organizational changes, such as routine headcount reports, the organization charts updates, filing employee profiles, employment movement, monthly personnel announcement, and employee contract renew and docs preparation.
Handle routine correspondence/ communication according to procedures and standards on behalf of the supervisor, including insurance forms and claims, reply basic questions about employee benefits, health plans, and pension plans.
To administer the payroll and the benefit systems in accordance with established policies to ensure that the employees receive the accurate compensation and benefits for their position, the overall operation is aligned with legal requirements and complied with established compensation and benefits guidelines, policies and practices.
Coordinate with the relevant parties to collect the overtime working hours, leave entitlement to prepare for payroll calculation, including identify any unusual use of overtime work, leave entitlements, etc. and alert the supervisor the finding.
Explain to employees’ general questions regarding the company’s policies/ procedures and programs and escalate questions on special cases to supervisor.
Other routine/administration work assigned by supervisor, such as payment arrangement; all kinds of data collection for internal& external audit and survey and etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. University degree
2. Good command of English (oral and writing)
3. Around 3~5 years in Human Resources in MNCs, at least 2+years in C&B.
4. Ability to work independently, takes initiative, set and execute to work plans.
