职位描述

Work Location: Shanghai

Reporting to: Assistant Manager, Technical Sales

People Management Responsibility: No

Travel Required: Yes

JOB OBJECTIVES:
Primary objective is obtaining increased sales in an assigned territory by calling on an established network of distributor & dealer, establishing new distribution and some direct sales relationships in assigned market segments. Also responsible for coordinating sales and marketing programs, handling technical calls and issues.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maximize market penetration in assigned segments.
2. Evaluate the territory distributor framework to assure sufficient coverage and efficiency.
3. Achieves assigned territory budget and business plan by hunting for new business and farming existing customers.
4. Support customers by providing sales and technical expertise in both processes and products and connections in the upstream business including consultation on troubleshooting problems.
5. Introduce and promote all current and new products.
6. Evaluate competitive situations and recommend appropriate tactics.
7. Sets sales objectives for distributors and their sales force.
8. Conduct product and system training programs (On-Site Supports).
9. Conduct regular coaching, and counselling to build motivation and monitoring to Co-Hire Employees (Technical Service) performance.
10. Improve the customer file, timely and accurate completion of the statements and reports.
11. Submit monthly report and current competitive activity.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree
2. 2-3 years sales working experience
3. The ability to build relationships with clients quickly, successful track record in technical product sales, knowledge of technical methods and standards & analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong written communication skills, good computer literacy, exceptional presentation abilities, sound judgment and good business sense, high ability in overcoming objectives & successful track record in personal salesmanship.
5. Highly responsible and integrity;
6. Good computer skills
