Position: Senior Officer, Planning

OBJECTIVES:

1. To build up a market-driven supply chain from product replenishment till product distribution.
2. Optimize the stock level and material availability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Demand validation & APO DP input
- Demand validation and maintain APO DP figure.
- Maintain APO relevant data for new product with regional support (location mapping, transportation lane etc.)

2. Production planning
- Make monthly production plan based on sales forecast, actual stock, bulk material availability and defined safety stock.

3. Replenishment/RM/PM planning
-Make bulk material replenishment plan/RM plan/packaging material plan based on production plan, actual stock and incoming schedule.
-Follow up material status to ensure delivery schedule is optimized and meet production requirement.

4. Inventory control/management
- Optimize inventory level and initiate proper adjustment with related parties to fulfill BU target.
- Investigate stock deviation reason and do stock deviation adjustment in SAP.
- Control aging/expire stock, initiate action with PM/sales/controlling.
-Bi-yearly stock taking together with FA/controlling and work out report for management
approval.

5. Generate supply chain report and KPI
- Weekly report on sales, inventory status and monthly aging stock status report.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs incl inventory level, delivery performance, forecast accuracy and ect.
- Organize S&OP meeting with sales, marketing, and other related dept., material preparation & minutes distribution.

6. Master data maintenance
- Material master creation and maintenance in SAP/SNP and ensure master data up to date.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: Above university degree in International Trade, Commercial- or Chemistry-related subject
2. Working Experience: At least 6 years working experience (with 3-4 years in planning), chemical background preferred.
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the production & material planning function & fluent in both written and spoken English. Strong interpersonal communication skills and analytic skills. Good computer operation skills.
