Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Perform analysis on the configuration relevant requirement from Business team.
* CLP (abbreviation for Consumer Line Platform) has been employed as a strategic Core Insurance System for Consumer Line Business in AIG with the system’s growing presence in APAC, America and Europe.
2. Perform system configuration, testing of the configuration, and necessary end user training for the approved Change Requests. For example (but not limited to):
a.Product setup and configuration, covering product structure, rate changes etc.
b.New channel setup and configuration
c.Letters and reports development and maintenance
3. Identify the gaps can not be supported via CLP product configuration. Initiate modifications as required for continuous improvement. Reviews and recommends upgrade to software based on needs of site Management to meet customer expectations;
4. Involve in project activities such explain new functionality designs to customer and obtain approval, meetings with end users and customers to demonstrate new business processes and software functionalities;
5. Lead, participate and co-ordinate efforts to improve and maximize software usability and customer satisfaction. Interface with the end users and vendors in order to maintain system current at all sites;
6. In partnership with the training department, lead the development of cost-effective training tools to allow for continuous learning of all software solutions.
7. Communicate to country Management and users on changes, upgrades or tools to improve the effective use of all software.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Proven people management experience in a business analyst / super user team environment.
2. A Bachelor's or College degree in Computer Science or Business;
3. A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a relevant role;
4. Experience in software support (asset); software product experience in eBao, Sinosoft, CSC, Pega insurance framework is a plus.
*Sinosoft is popular in China, eBao’s prototype is based on SEA, Singapore. Pega insurance frameworks is used in AIG Japan.
5. Working knowledge of database and Windows applications. SQL (asset);
6. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
