Duties & Responsibilities

1. Collect and update marketing information(e.g competitors, product, CIRC rules etc) and set up library to keep the information

2. Prepare regulatory and compliance reports, as necessary

3. Conduct research, collect and analyse data which will help in continual business and distribution development that will meet company needs

4. Collate reporting data from each branch and consolidate into monthly Dashboard for Head Office

5. Customize reports that help to manage and monitor the activity and production of channel

6. Organise documents and files systematically for all sales related report and update on regular base

7. Work with Distribution Training and local Sales support team to collect best practice of each channel

8. Work with Distribution Training and Corporate Communication department to produce and circulate newsletter or campaign results for channel

9. Other adhoc duties as assigned, which typically involves collecting data from branches for China Head Office, Regional and Global reporting.

Candidate Specification

1. University/College graduate with a minimum of 3 years of sales related experience, preferable in the insurance industry

2. Ability to work with numbers

3. Analytical mind which is able to process information logically

4. Ability to run and operate database systems

5. Good knowledge of computer hardware and software and ability to learn about new software

6. Proficient in using analytical tools and instruments for instance Excel, Microsoft Access

7. A proactive team player and eager to learn
