We're looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in social media content management. The person will be responsible developing the brand’s voice for all aspects of the brand online presence. In addition to writing, editing, and proofreading site content, this person will

• Manage the development and production of road safety content on AIG owned digital properties including mobile websites, email newsletters, brand promotions, and Social Media properties.
• Develop and maintain road safety content calendar, providing editorial recommendations and interfacing with IT team and agencies on implementation.
• Develop and refine content creation and production workflows to assist in collaborative digital content planning and execution.
• Collaborate with the Social Media/Digital Director and other key stakeholders on developing the content strategy.
• Identify, retain and manage agencies and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Exhibit strong understanding of trends, measurement tools, and other engagement platforms (such as events, lead generation, marketing resource centers, etc.) that round out the online experience.
• Has strong ability to work independently and cooperatively, in a global team environment to achieve goals.

Candidate Specification:

1.Minimum 3-5 years experience managing social media campaigns for a recognized brand.

2.proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross depart team

3.BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Communication, advertising or related field; MBA or equivalent degree preferred

4.Advanced knowledge and understanding of international and domestic new media marketing
