Main Duties:

·Establish service level agreement with financial application providers and keep monitoring of the execution of SLA to make sure it is sustainable and improvable.

·Arrange and lead financial system projects，to make sure prioritization and resource allocation are efficient and expected.

·Lead, participate, coordinate, involve in the financial system development phases，perform quality assurance approaches to ensure the user requirements are fully understood and the solution delivered by vendors are satisfying.

·Continuous improvement from combination perspective of F&A operations and systems，to simply the process and fully utilize system potentials.

·Coach and train the F&A users on the common knowledge of popular information technology on office works.

·Study IT trends and provide strategic direction in future for better alignment of invested resources with f&a blue print

·Help on F&A transformation – work together with the regional and global teams to implement systems and process changes focused on improving data quality;

·To assume other activities and responsibilities from time to time as required.

Candidate Characteristics:

·University graduate with major in IT or finance related;

·Excellent English in both speaking and writing;

·At least 6 years in system analysis, IT consulting, process analysis or project management related experience;

·Strong analytical and financial modeling skills;

·Solid communication skills;

·Must be sharp, intellectually curious, deadline focused and motivated; and

·Comfortable with fast-paced, demanding environment.
