Duties & Responsibilities:

- Support operation head to overall manage nationwide operation processing and workflow, set up standard procedures, service metrics, quality requirements and HC model.

- Continuous delivery of operational improvements in efficiency, timeliness, quality and cost via a range of project work, process optimization and initiatives. Identify and make best use of synergies/opportunities for operational improvement across different lines of business, claims, finance and accounting, operations, call center, IT and other departments as needed.

- Contribute to nation wide ad hoc projects and ensure country operations fulfill compliance; local regulation and Fed readiness requirements.

- Contribute to nation wide BCP management, drive & provide guidance to branches on impact analysis, BCP planning and risk control to ensure business continuity and fulfill global & local requirements.

- Contribute to nation wide vendor management, engage with global & regional policies, monitor & coordinate functions departments on vendor risk evaluation and fulfill compliance & risk management requirements.

Candidate Specification:

- Graduate from university and above

- At lease 5 years related working experience in insurance companies and 2 years management experience in China headquarters.

- Proved experience with workflow mapping, process reengineering, project management, developing operational requirements through understanding of business needs.

- IT-literate.

- Ability to interface at several levels within an organization (administrative staff through to Senior Management). Good interpersonal skills, ability to operate in an ‘influence’ role.

- Demonstrated potential for advancement.

- Result-oriented (timely), aggressive, innovative and a team-player.

- Excellent command of written and spoken English.

- Previous experience in a Multinational environment a plus but not required.
