* Review, evaluate, verify and process OMeGA requests in accordance with standard SLAs.
* Set up Master Programs and Underlyers in OMeGA.
* Respond to client, broker and Requesting and Issuing Office queries on territorial regulations and program structure.
* Prepare booking sheets, policy issuance documents and tracking documentation
* Upload documentation into OMeGA and prepare handover documentation to MAS Administrator for both IO and PO business. Serves as a team resource for the resolution of escalated issues.
* Monitor and escalate service issues as required
* Complete OMeGA status updates accordance with SLAs
* The job may also involve direct communication with external parties.
* May also function as trainer for other staff.
* Adhere to corporate standards and requirements per L1 SOS are met including those related to (21) L1SOS Sales Practices, (22) L1SOS Policy Administration,(23) L1SOS Complaint Handling,(32) L1SOS Product Development, and (37) L1SOS Underwriting
* Manage personal workflow.
