Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Print/pack policy schedule, endorsement etc that is available from ECM, and help to print out document requested by producer using stamped paper.
2. Scan the claim files into ECM II, and transfer to RBC/Claims.
3. Work as backup among within CSU team.
4. Deliver quotation, policy, correspondences, claims settlement documents, etc to producer and customer for pick up.
5. Ensure security and safe of stamps, invoice voucher, blank stamped Company logo paper.

1. 打印及派发保单文件
2. 扫描理赔材料，并正确流转至快速理赔/理赔部
3. 协助同事完成其他日常工作
4. 正确地流转报价书、保单、理赔材料至业务员或客户
5. 确保印章、发票及空白保单纸的安全保管


Candidate Specification:

1. College graduate or above;
2. Good interpersonal & communication skill;
3. Customer service talented;
4. Proficient at Office Automation;
5. At least 1 year of relevant working experience;

1. 大专或以上学历
2. 善于与人沟通，良好的聆听和表达能力
3. 有客户服务意识
4. 熟悉Microsoft Office操作
5. 有一年以上相关经验者优先
