职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Follow up purchase orders;
2. Assist Sales Team to prepare the quotation/offer and other necessary sales document to customers;
3. Customers information management;
4. Daily office executive work including hotel reservation and flight tickets booking, etc.;
5. Other sales tasks defined by Sales Team.
Requirement:
1. Female, 4th grade of University student and major in Automation/Mechanical Engineering;
2. +1 year relevant working experience; Some related customer service working experience in Automobile multinational company is a preference but not a must;
3. Proficient knowledge in MS office, including Word, Excel (very important) and Powerpoint;
4. Well-conducted English in written and oral;
5. Good in Mandarin;
6. Hardworking and positive learning attitude;
7. Good communication & social skills;
8. Good teamwork player.
